Schedules are displayed below, and can also be found in TourneyMachine.
All scheduling, and in-tournament messaging will be done via TourneyMachine, which can be found in both the Apple AppStore and Google Play Store.
Tournament Information
Two Age Divisions – (’24/25 School Year)
- 5/6 Grade
- 7/8 Grade
Location: – Gering High School – 1500 U St. Gering, NE 69341
- Games will start promptly at 6:00PM, with the last games beginning at 11:15PM Friday night.
- Games will resume play at 9:00AM Saturday morning.
- There will be a break from 11:15 to 12:30 PM Saturday, with Bracket play to follow.
- Each age division will have a Gold and Silver Bracket
Pool Play
- Each pool play match will be 2-sets to 25 Points, win by 2.
- Home Team will have the Court for the first 3 minute warm-up, followed by Visiting Team for 3 minutes, then a joint 3-minute serving session.
- Rock, Paper, Scissors determines 1st Serve
- 5/6 Grade Serve Line – Will be marked a couple of feet from the boundary.
Bracket Play
- Bracket matches will be played to 3 sets (Best of 3).
- 3rd set, if necessary, will be played to 15 points, win by 2.
- Referee’s are provided, however we ask each team supply a line judge.
2025 Tournament
Our 2025 Tournament will be hosted at Gering High School and Gering Middle School on April 4-5, 2025.

Additional Information
Twilight Smash will begin Friday evening, April 4, 2025, promptly at 6PM. Games will play until approximately midnight, with Brackets beginning Saturday afternoon.
